1. What We Collect

When you use Aevi through Telegram, we receive:

• Your Telegram info: User ID, username, and display name — this comes from Telegram's Bot API automatically when you start chatting
• Your messages: Text, voice messages, and photos you send to our characters — stored to power the memory feature
• Usage stats: How many messages you send, which characters you talk to, and when — so we can track limits and improve the service
• Subscription info: Your plan type and payment status, processed entirely through Telegram Stars

2. What We Don't Collect

• We don't collect your phone number, email, or real name
• We don't track you across other apps or websites
• We don't use cookies for advertising or analytics
• We don't store your payment card details — Telegram handles all payments

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

• Make the characters remember your conversations (the core memory feature)
• Deliver AI responses to your messages
• Track your message usage against your plan limits
• Keep the platform running and fix issues when they arise

We don't sell your data. We don't show you ads. Your conversations are not used to train AI models for third parties.

4. Who Has Access

Your conversation data is processed by AI model providers to generate character responses. These providers process messages in real-time and don't store your conversations permanently. Only the Aevi team has access to stored data, and only when necessary for technical support or abuse prevention.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. Conversations are encrypted in transit. We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you want your data deleted, you can request it through the Hub Bot in Telegram — we'll remove it within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Ask us what data we have about you
• Request that we delete all your data
• Stop using the service at any time — just stop messaging

To make a data request, use the /help command in the Hub Bot on Telegram.

7. Age Requirement

Aevi is not for anyone under 16. If we discover an underage user, we'll delete their data immediately.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. If something significant changes, we'll announce it through the Hub Bot. Continuing to use Aevi after an update means you accept the changes.
